Privacy

The form receives a name, email, subject, message and consent. The server adds a timestamp, technical identifier and policy version. These details are used to review the message. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Records are stored outside the public directory for the project administrator. Retention is up to 90 days; cleanup removes older records. The hosting provider processes data while providing the server service. Email forwarding and CRM integration are not enabled.

Rate limiting uses a temporary hashed representation of the IP address, separately from message text. Hosting may keep its own access logs. This build uses no Google tag, advertising cookies or analytics. Photographs and scripts are local assets.
